Large Peacock Island is located exactly (± 500 M) in front of the port of Merak crossing - Bakauheni (ASDP), with area about 20 ha. This island there are Flora (Various plants and trees) and fauna (monkeys, snakes, and various shells), nature is still beautiful and uninhabited, there are rocks and coral sites of Mount Krakatoa in 1883 Tsunami. This island also serves as a wave barrier to the port of Merak and serve as a protected area which preserved its existence. Can be taken approximately 15 minutes from the center of Cilegon. and ± 5 minutes to cross by boat motors.
