Pura Maospahit

Bali Island is one tourist destination in Indonesia the most visited by tourists, both foreign and domestic tourists. In addition to a very beautiful place this island also has many interesting traditions to be seen by tourists. So no one if the island gets the name of the island of Gods. On this island has so many attractions that are very interesting and beautiful, dimolai from Beach, Museum, temples, or places and sights in other land. One of them is Pura Maospahit not far from the city of Denpasar, Bali.

Pura Maospahit located at Banjar Village Tatasan Kelod Tonja Denpasar District North. This Pura from Denpasar City distance of approximately less than 2 km to the northeast. Viewed from the history and characteristics of this Pura is the Pura family owned, classified as Pura Kawitan.Pura Maospahit have a different appeal than the premises pretending other Bali Island, and in this Pura there are archaeological relics in it that makes the temple is a temple which is interesting.

Archaeological relics in the Maospahit Tonja Pura consists of: Table Rock, Stone Troughs, Pura (Prasada) and Kurung Pura. Archaeological relics in the Pura can be grouped into two periods of the prehistoric period (megalithic tradition) and the classical period (4-15 century).

Interesting addition to this island is also often used for traditional ceremonies in the surrounding community, in addition to this Pura not far from the city of Denpasar, Bali. So that the tourists do not need much money to be able to come to this Pura.
